County Kerry

The southwest coast of Ireland is rich and lush, thanks to the Gulf Stream coming in from the southern Atlantic. County Kerry forms this corner of Ireland, with finger-like Dingle, Iveragh, and Beara penninsulas pointing out to the sea.

The area has many opportunities for travel around its mountains and coastlines. It's a popular tourist destination, but once you get out into the countryside, things aren't excessively commercial. Even the tourist-oriented towns are not without some charm.

County Kerry is a beautiful place for hiking, photography, or just plain relaxing.
